The Engineers Without Borders Banquet is the time of year EWB supporters come together and celebrate the accomplishments of the past year. The goal of this event is to recognize the work of our Engineers Without Borders chapter, as well as to promote interaction between our students, UW-Madison faculty, and industry members. By promoting our students and our organization, we hope to foster relationships that lead to closer partnerships between the industry and the university.

As a student, why should I attend?
The banquet is the perfect opportunity for students to mingle with industry in a more casual atmosphere than a career fair or interview. You can also learn about all the exiting things your peers are involved in! Students can also submit their resume for the resume booklet that is provided to each interested company attending the banquet.

What is the Dibble Scholarship?
The Dibble Scholarship is an award given to an outstanding student who has shown dedication and excellence in Engineers Without Borders throughout the year. It’s a very prestigious award.  This along with other scholarships such as the Eyleen Chou scholarship and the EWB-MAPC scholarship are awarded at the banquet.
